Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Le Fafo, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy below.
United States Orders
Return Window
Items must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund. Returns received after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
-Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
-Have all original tags attached.
-Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, alterations, or any signs of wear.
-Include any original packaging provided with the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
-Items marked as Final Sale.
-Earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, and other hygiene-sensitive products.
-Gift cards.
-Any item returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements above.
Return Shipping Fee
A $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all approved returns within the United States.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5 business days thereafter.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges for eligible items. Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be processed as a new order.
International Orders (Outside the United States)
Return Window

Important Notes
Le Fafo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or contamination may be returned to the customer without a refund.
We strongly recommend trying on garments with care and avoiding contact with perfume, makeup, jewelry, or other substances that may affect the condition of the item.
